Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

How to track your package

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email from KiddoVibe.
  2. Click the tracking link (or copy the tracking number).
  3. Follow the link to see real-time delivery status.

Tip: tracking information can take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive the email.

Can't find your tracking number?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at support@kiddovibe.com with your order number (e.g. #1001) and we'll send it right over.
