Can I customize my own text or image on a product?

Yes! Simply email us at support@kiddovibe.com with the product link, your desired text, and the image you want to use. Our design team will handle the rest and send you a preview for approval before production.

How can I see the preview of my order?

For personalized products, our design team will create a proof based on the photo and text you send us, and we will only proceed to production after you approve it.

Orders & Shipping

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

Contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process. See our Refund Policy for details.

I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking link. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder first, then contact support@kiddovibe.com — there may have been a typo in your email address. We will correct it and resend your confirmation.

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

Tracking numbers can take 1–2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. If it still doesn't work after several days, contact the carrier or email us at support@kiddovibe.com.
