30-day return window
We accept refund and replacement claims within 30 days from the date your product is delivered.
You are covered if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, broken, or does not work properly.
- The item differs from the description or your customization information.
- The sizing is incorrect or does not match what you ordered.
- Your item is lost or missing in transit.
We cannot accept claims for:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong size, address, or customization details).
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled.
- Personal preference or change of mind.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotion.
How to make a claim
- Email support@kiddovibe.com with your order number.
- Attach photos of the defective item and the shipping label.
- Once your ticket is processed, we will issue a refund or send a free replacement.
No return necessary: in most cases you do not need to ship the item back — we issue refunds and replacements based on your photos.
Refund processing time
- Credit / debit card: up to 10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
Exchanges
For eligible claims we will send a full replacement free of charge. Contact support and we'll guide you through it.
