Refund Policy

30-day return window

We accept refund and replacement claims within 30 days from the date your product is delivered.

You are covered if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, broken, or does not work properly.
  • The item differs from the description or your customization information.
  • The sizing is incorrect or does not match what you ordered.
  • Your item is lost or missing in transit.

We cannot accept claims for:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong size, address, or customization details).
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled.
  • Personal preference or change of mind.
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@kiddovibe.com with your order number.
  2. Attach photos of the defective item and the shipping label.
  3. Once your ticket is processed, we will issue a refund or send a free replacement.

No return necessary: in most cases you do not need to ship the item back — we issue refunds and replacements based on your photos.

Refund processing time

  • Credit / debit card: up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

Exchanges

For eligible claims we will send a full replacement free of charge. Contact support and we'll guide you through it.
