Processing time

After making a purchase, our team requires 2–4 business days to process and prepare your order.

Shipping times

  • United States: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • International (Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Australia): 7–21 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order $0.01 – $29.99: $5.99
  • Order $30.00 – $59.99: $9.99
  • Order $60.00 – $99.99: $13.99
  • Order $100.00 – $149.99: $17.99
  • Order $150.00+: $22.99

Shipping rates — International

International rates are tiered by order value, from $8.99 (orders under $30) up to $65.99 (orders over $300). The exact rate is calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking information. Tracking numbers can take 1–2 days to appear in the carrier's system. See Track Your Order.

Address changes

Address changes are only possible within 6 hours of placing your order — see our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but missing, contact our customer service team at support@kiddovibe.com to file a claim — we will investigate and make it right.
